What You Will Do Coordinate service needs and collaborate with other services and agencies. Complete assessments and determine the appropriate level of services for new members served.
Shifts Full‑Time | Days | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday – Friday
Starting Pay Expected starting wage range is $26.46 – $32.69 (geographic differential applied).
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Sciences
One (1) year of experience in providing crisis management and mental health services
Valid and current driver’s license, personal vehicle insurance with name listed as a driver
Willingness to use personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups (weekly mileage reimbursement at IRS rate)
Willingness to use company vehicle to drive clients

Paid Time Off: Eligible employees (20+ hours/week) earn PTO each pay period; pro‑rated accrual for part‑time schedules; annual carryover up to set caps.
Paid Holidays & shift differentials for hourly staff (6% PM Shift, 10% Overnight Shift; weekend differentials 5% AM, 11% PM, 15% Overnight)
