Salary & Compensation Base pay: $84,000 – $111,000 per year (commensurate with experience). Sign‑on bonuses available.

Location: 761 Main Avenue, Norwalk, CT (Fairfield County; outpatient clinic)

Job Details Position: Physical Therapist

Type: Full‑time (Monday‑Friday, 40 hours per week). Shifts rotate between 7:00 AM‑3:00 PM and 11:00 AM‑7:00 PM. We offer flexibility with workdays and scheduling, and are open to discussing 10‑hour vs. 8‑hour shifts. Schedule will be further discussed during the interview.

Responsibilities

Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.

Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence‑based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.

Deliver skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re‑education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.

Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.

Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in Connecticut.

CPR and first‑aid certification required.

Experience in an outpatient clinic treating a variety of orthopedic conditions, including post‑operative, pre‑operative, and non‑operative cases. Experience can be gained as a licensed Physical Therapist or during clinical affiliations for new graduates.
