Join us as a Registered Nurse in the OBGYN clinic at Kelsey Seybold Clinic, part of the Optum family of businesses. Work in one of Houston’s leading multi‑specialty clinics, providing high‑quality, coordinated care to patients while building a rewarding career. The RN provides nursing care to patients in an assigned clinical area and offers leadership on the unit, under the supervision of a Nurse Supervisor or RN Coordinator. The RN applies clinical nursing knowledge and utilizes demonstrated skills to ensure safety and comfort of patients and families, using critical thinking to identify priorities and make judgments concerning the comprehensive needs of multiple patients, facilitating appropriate and timely care. Required Qualifications

Graduate from an approved professional registered nursing program Current and valid Texas RN license Current BLS certification through American Heart Association 6+ months in a clinical area (1+ years of KSC experience may be considered in lieu of 6 months RN experience with approval from Senior Director of Nursing Services) Proven ability to use equipment and related supplies for the assigned clinical area, including CPR, oxygen administration, and intravenous therapy Computer experience Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in nursing Specialty nursing certification in ambulatory care or one appropriate to the specialty area assigned ACLS and/or PALS certification 2+ years of ambulatory care experience EPIC experience Windows‑based computer skills Salary & Benefits

Pay is based on several factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, and more. The hourly pay range for this full‑time position is $28.27 to $50.48, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to your salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution. All benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.
