Responsibilities
Title:
Physical Therapist
Location/work environment:
In facility.
Reporting structure:
Reporting to Director of Rehab.
Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.
Design individualized programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities.
Teach patients and caregivers skills for independence and productivity.
Collaborate with peers and make referrals as needed.
Qualifications
Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, or a Master’s in a related field plus a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy.
Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
Foreign PT degree evaluated as U.S. equivalent.
Salary USD $60.00 – $65.00 /hr.
