Physical Therapist – Part‑time Day Shift
Location: Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital, 1165 Montgomery Dr, Santa Rosa, CA.
Schedule: Part time, 8‑hour Day Shift.
Overview We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our Physical Therapy Unit in Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital, CA. The role supports patient assessment, treatment planning, implementation, education, and collaborative care within a patient‑focused, whole‑person environment. The position is supervised by experienced PT staff.
Responsibilities
Perform patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
Implement and document therapeutic interventions.
Educate patients and families on rehabilitation progress.
Communicate with allied health professionals to foster positive teamwork.
Maintain compliance with regulatory and institutional standards.
Qualifications
Graduated from an accredited physical therapy school.
California Physical Therapist License upon hire.
National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications
At least one year of rehabilitation experience.
