Job Summary And Qualifications As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in line with the requirements of the department and the standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. Collaborating with medical providers and the care team, you will provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, following established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." You will also act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organization's vision, mission, and values to ensure an outstanding patient experience and positive clinical outcomes.
What you will do in this role
Provide age-appropriate excellent care to your patients based on physical, psychosocial, cultural, safety and learning needs of the patient.
Perform duties within the scope of your practice and function within the philosophy and overall plan of care delivery at our hospitals.
Work in inpatient acute setting.
What qualifications you will need for this role
Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multi-state Registered Nurse license.
BSN preferred.
Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Current ACLS certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
One year experience in acute care.
