RN - Home Health (Providence)
Join Providence as a Registered Nurse in Home Health and provide whole‑person, high‑quality care to our diverse patient population in their homes.
Schedule & Location
Monday – Friday, 0800–1630 (some holidays and weekends)
Territories: Clark County, Washington and East Portland Metro area
Responsibilities
Work with an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient‑centered care.
Provide nursing care directly in patients’ homes, exercising independence and flexibility.
Implement shared‑governance models to help shape nursing practice standards.
Required Qualifications
Education that meets certification, license, or registration requirements.
Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association.
Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License.
Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License – if practicing in Washington.
1 year of medical/surgical experience in an acute care setting, or 1 year in community mental health if assigned to Mental Health RN work.

Preferred Qualifications
Recent Home Health experience.
Community mental health, geriatric, or ANCC Psychiatric for Mental Health RN assignment experience.

Salary range: $51.72 – $72.14 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
