Role Description This role is for a Behavioral Health Technician (RBT). In this role, you will work with children with ASD in their home to provide behavioral intervention, implement ABA therapy, and communicate progress to families and caregivers. You will also collaborate with a team of professionals to create and implement treatment plans.
Qualifications
Experience with Behavior Analysis, Applied Behavior Analysis, and Psychology
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience providing behavioral intervention
Experience implementing ABA therapy
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience working with children with ASD is preferred
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred
