RBT Job Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes or schools in the Baltimore County area
Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Collect and record data on client progress and behavior goals
Communicate effectively with families and clinical supervisors
Maintain a safe and engaging environment for therapy sessions
Schedule and Locations
Flexible hours — daytime, afternoon, and early evening shifts available
Serve families near you in: Towson, Owings Mills, Catonsville, Essex, Dundalk, Pikesville, Woodlawn, Cockeysville
RBT Qualifications
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or willingness to obtain it (we provide support)
High school diploma
Prior experience working with children, especially in special education, childcare, or mental health is a plus
Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally to client homes/schools
Must pass background checks and meet all state/federal requirements
