Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive patient care, including administering treatments, monitoring anesthesia, and performing laboratory procedures.
Serve as a mentor and leader, guiding the medical team, ensuring efficient workflow, and supporting staff development.
Act as the primary client contact, educating owners, reviewing medical records, and answering questions with confidence.
Contribute to a positive culture through training, feedback, and maintaining high standards of the hospital environment.
Qualifications
Graduate of an AVMA‑accredited Veterinary Technician program.
Valid state veterinary technician license (CVT) in good standing.
Proficiency in nursing, surgery, dental care, radiology, and laboratory procedures.
Calm, efficient approach in fast‑paced or stressful situations.
Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.
Preferred: One year of experience in the veterinary industry.
