What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage the full project lifecycle from the Explore phase to go-live, identifying business requirements and documenting pain points
Conduct Fit/GAP workshops and write functional specifications documents while collaborating with developers
Provide training for key users to ensure effective implementation of solutions
Design and develop unit tests to validate that solutions meet business requirements
Create Core models in SAP alongside other team modules and provide post go-live support
What is Required (Qualifications)
Business fluent in Polish and fluent in English
Experience with SAP FI CO, including expert knowledge of FICO Org Structures
Minimum of 3 full cycle S/4HANA implementations
Incident, Change, and Problem Management experience in a business/SAP FICO context
Month-end and Year-end Close experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Strong analytical skills in business/SAP FICO functionalities
Familiarity with GL, AR, AP, COPA, and FA (Fixed Assets) configurations in S/4HANA
