About The Role Shamrock is looking for a Sales Recruiter to join the recruiting team. The role focuses on attracting and hiring top‑level talent across all corporate brands and develops a best‑in‑class employee relations strategy.
What You’ll Do
Source and build a pipeline of candidates using referrals, networking, direct sourcing, LinkedIn, and other methods.
Create innovative sourcing strategies to recruit passive candidates.
Develop and maintain relationships with business partners to recruit and hire top candidates.
Maintain accurate recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system.
Pre‑screen candidates using available screening tools, including resume analysis, telephone screens, and reference checks.
Communicate promptly with all applicants not hired or determined unqualified for employment.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and staff in a results‑driven, team‑oriented environment.
Demonstrate effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
Negotiate salaries and present compensation and benefit packages clearly during the offer process.
Other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring
3+ years proven recruiting experience, preferably in a fast‑paced organization.
2+ years experience in sales recruiting.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
Experience sourcing, qualifying, and interviewing candidates.
Extensive knowledge of full‑cycle recruitment and candidate negotiation.
Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.
High business savvy and the ability to use discretion.
