Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement data quality solutions using Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) tools.
Perform data profiling, cleansing, matching, and standardization for enterprise-level data sets.
Configure and customize EDQ processes, rules, match processors, and address verification (Loqate/EDQ Address Verify).
Integrate EDQ with Oracle and non-Oracle systems (e.g., Oracle EBS, Fusion Cloud, Siebel, databases, ETL tools).
Collaborate with business stakeholders and data governance teams to define data quality rules and KPIs.
Required Prominent Skills & Experience:
5 years of hands‑on experience with Oracle EDQ (formerly Oracle Data Quality / OEDQ)
Expert‑level proficiency in EDQ Director, Case Management, and EDQ web services
Strong expertise in data profiling, parsing, standardization, matching (deterministic & probabilistic), and deduplication
Experience with EDQ Address Verification (Loqate) and real‑time/web‑service integrations
Solid SQL/PL‑SQL skills and understanding of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server)
Experience integrating EDQ with Oracle Cloud (OCI), Fusion Applications, or EBS is a strong plus
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team in Houston, TX
Preferred:
Oracle EDQ certification, experience in oil & gas/energy sector is an advantage.
Only candidates eligible to work in the U.S. and able to work in Houston, TX will be considered.
