The Role: ERP Cloud Technical Lead As an ERP Cloud Technical Lead at Switch, you will be part of a world‑class team that operates in excellence, delivering mission‑critical solutions that redefine what’s possible in AI, cloud and enterprise data center needs. Your work will directly impact the future of technology and the sustainable growth of the Internet. Switch is modernizing its core operations, and this role will lead the design, implementation, and testing of Oracle Fusion ERP. In the first year, you’ll focus on rolling out key modules that streamline processes and build the foundation for growth. Beyond implementation, you’ll shape how Switch uses ERP to drive innovation, efficiency, and smarter decisions.
Responsibilities

Provide leadership for Oracle Fusion ERP technical support, managing customizations, integrations, and enhancements.
Lead design and development of extensions, reports, and interfaces.
Manage support team for incident resolution and requests.
Oversee release management, patch testing, and Oracle updates.
Collaborate with functional leads to deliver enhancements.
Ensure documentation, knowledge base, and runbooks are maintained.
Implement SLAs, KPIs, and governance frameworks.
Serve as escalation point for critical incidents.

10+ years ERP technical experience (Fusion, EBS, or equivalent).
Expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP tools (OIC, BIP, OTBI, VBCS, APEX).
Experience with Oracle SaaS updates, testing automation, and DevOps practices.
Strong leadership and vendor management.
Understanding of ITIL service management.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering; ITIL certification preferred.
