Salary:
$23 per hour
Schedule:
Tuesday‑Saturday – Tuesday & Wednesday at The Lakehouse, Thursday‑Saturday at Luxe at Meridian

Position Overview You will coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move‑ins, move‑outs and lease renewals. Your primary goal is to maintain high occupancy, ensure resident retention, and provide exceptional resident service.
Responsibilities
Listen, understand, and show empathy with prospective and current residents.
Generate and qualify traffic, lease apartments, prepare application and lease documentation, complete move‑in paperwork.
Maintain model apartment conditions and assist with move‑in/move‑out coordination with maintenance.
Process renewal paperwork and ensure timely delivery of documentation to residents.
Maintain accurate records of traffic activity and enter data into computer systems.
Follow up on all prospective residents via phone, mail or email.
Convert phone traffic into scheduled appointments.
Inspect apartments prior to move‑in and coordinate with maintenance for necessary repairs.
Complete weekly leasing reports accurately and on time.
Support resident relations throughout tenancy, responding promptly to requests.
Assist with competitive property research, building inspections and safety/cleanliness monitoring.
Process resident work‑order requests and support clerical duties as needed.
Assist with planning and implementing resident activities to increase retention.
Comply with all company policies, health and safety rules, and applicable laws.
Education & Experience
High school diploma required.
Minimum of one year of sales experience preferred.
One year of residential leasing experience preferred.
Skills & Requirements
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Yardi Voyager or equivalent leasing system preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and current auto insurance required.
Compliance with safety requirements and company training (Fair Housing, Diversity & Inclusion).
