Responsibilities

Develop analytical and reporting frameworks.

Create and deliver recurring management reporting and deep‑dive analysis.

Collaborate with product and strategy teams to define data needs.

Design and develop data models to support business questions.

Analyze financial data sets to discover underlying correlations and trends.

Create new customer segments to drive business initiatives.

Identify and track Key Performance Indicators.

Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence dashboards.

Present findings and results to key stakeholders.

Conduct continuous review to streamline reporting and analytic portfolio.

Develop a center of excellence and best practices for business reporting and analytics.

Collaborate with data governance partners to maintain strong risk controls and governance.

Telecommuting permitted up to 1 day per week.

Salary Expected base pay ranges from

$151,000

to

$151,000

per year. Total compensation may include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, short‑ and long‑term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Analytics, Informatics, Data Science, or a related field.

Minimum of one year of experience in a similar data analytics role.

Experience with data analysis using SQL, Python, and VBA.

Proficiency in dashboarding, reporting, and visual analytics using Tableau or QlikView.

Knowledge of revenue management principles.

Database design, curation, and wrangling in environments such as SQL Server and data lakes.

Strong narrative skills to translate data insights into concise business messaging.

Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel usage.

Ability to leverage statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and predictive analytics for business solutions.

Experience with cloud‑based technologies and platforms.

Analysis of client survey data, including Net Promoter Score, to gather feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
