Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Mortgage Loan Originator based in Massapequa, NY. The Mortgage Loan Originator will be responsible for originating mortgage loans, assessing borrower eligibility, advising clients on mortgage products, and managing the loan application process. Additional tasks include coordinating with underwriters, maintaining compliance with lending guidelines, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a smooth closing process.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Loan Origination and Mortgage Lending
Experience with Underwriting and Loans processes
Strong understanding of Finance and mortgage regulations
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality results
Experience in sales or a related field is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
