Hybrid work model. Salary: $75,000-$85,000.
Why This Opportunity Stands Out Step into a role built for someone who wants their work to matter. This is a growing multi-site healthcare organization supported by strong leadership, serious investment, and a mission rooted in patient care. The accounting group is in that rare sweet spot where structure is being built, doors are wide open for better ideas, and leadership is hungry for people who want to improve the way things are done. You will work directly with a CPA led leadership team that teaches, explains, and invests in you. Questions are encouraged. Ideas are welcome. Red tape is thin. This is the kind of environment where someone with curiosity and grit can sharpen their craft quickly. The culture is shifting toward a mature, high-performing model. That means new systems, cleaner processes, multi-entity visibility, and the chance to build something that will outlast you. If you want to see how an organization transforms, if you want to be in the room where decisions are being made, if you want mentorship from people who have walked the public-to-private road themselves, this is that moment.
