Staff Accountant / Property Accountant - Commercial Real Estate
Beverly Hills, CA | On‑Site | Contract‑to‑Hire
A well‑established commercial real estate firm in Beverly Hills is seeking a skilled Staff Accountant/Property Accountant to join the team on a contract‑to‑hire basis. This is a key replacement role supporting a growing portfolio of Class A/B commercial properties.
Compensation
Contract: $32–$45/hr DOE
Conversion Salary: $70–$80k (flexible up to $95k for exceptional candidates that meet all requirements)
Schedule: 8:00am‑5:00pm, on‑site
Required Qualifications
5+ years of accounting experience
Hands‑on experience with Yardi Voyager
Strong understanding of CAM/OPEX, accruals, and lease accounting
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Experience partnering directly with owners or asset managers
Exposure to audit/tax prep
Knowledge of capex and construction draws
