What You’ll Do As the Director of Revenue Cycle, you’ll own the end-to-end revenue cycle process—from health information management, patient access and billing to collections and denials management. You’ll work closely with executive leadership, clinical teams, and your own department to make sure every dollar earned is a dollar collected.
Lead and mentor teams across billing, coding, collections, patient registration, and more
Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue capture and reduce A/R days
Oversee compliance with payer contracts, regulations, and industry best practices
Monitor KPIs and financial performance—identify trends, fix inefficiencies, and celebrate wins
Prepares and monitors budgets, forecasts revenue and estimates expenses
Collaborate across departments to streamline workflows and improve patient financial experience
Guide technology upgrades and EHR/billing system optimizations

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, accounting, or related field
Leadership in a healthcare setting
Understanding of coding, billing, compliance, and payer relations
Strong data analytic skills
Clear communicator, thinker, and motivational leader
