As part of this role, your primary responsibility is to lead all aspects of the efficient and accurate delivery of raw materials to our production lines, ensuring materials are where they need to be when they are needed. Your attention to detail and commitment to timely deliveries are essential in maintaining the seamless operation of our production processes.

Schedule 6:30 AM – 6:45 PM

The normal work schedule includes working 36 hours one week (Sun/Wed/Thu) and 48 hours the next (Mon/Tue/Fri/Sat).

Work 7 out of 14 days; every other weekend is a three‑day weekend off.

Pay Effective hourly rate: $25.06 / hr (includes base pay $22.10, weekend premium, and OT)

Perform quality tests, measure, and document results, proactively addressing materials issues to meet our standards.

Apply mathematical knowledge to estimate the amount of materials needed for production activities.

Utilize specialized equipment to prepare raw materials to specification.

Keep production running efficiently with timely material delivery.

Foster teamwork and deliver outstanding customer service and support.

Uphold a clean, tidy, and safe workspace.

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

High School diploma or GED (preferred).

18 years of age (required).

Capability to stand and work a 12‑hour shift and lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing 10 lb to 50 lb.

A self‑motivated individual who can excel independently while managing time effectively.

Basic math skills and general computer proficiency.
