4 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Airswift is working in partnership with a manufacturing distribution company seeking a Plant Controller/Finance Controller for a permanent role based in Kilgore, TX. This role will report directly to the CFO and the General Manager of the Kilgore plant, serving as the top finance leader in the Texas region. You’ll also manage a Junior Accountant and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including those involved in ERP implementation. Key Responsibilities

Lead financial operations for Kilgore and Houston locations. Own month-end close, inventory management, and financial reporting. Drive ERP system integration and optimization (ERP is in place but still in transition). Partner with leadership on strategic decisions and sit at the leadership table. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and compliance. Mentor and manage junior finance staff. Qualifications

8–15 years of experience in finance roles within manufacturing or industrial construction. Strong understanding of components, inventory, and closing the books. Hands‑on experience with ERP systems, ideally during implementation phases. Comfortable being the sole finance leader on‑site. Proven ability to collaborate across departments and lead change.
