The Job
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Panther Labs, you will sell to new and existing accounts – prospecting, pitching, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
As a member of the sales team, you will be the first point of contact for new prospects, create a strong feedback loop with product teams, and drive new revenue opportunities. The right candidate is technically‑savvy, can close deals, and contribute to a nascent sales process. Success requires strong knowledge of Panther’s product and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

The Responsibilities
Proactively identify, source, qualify, and close a sales pipeline.
Strategically prospect into CISOs, Security Leaders, and end users.
Build strong and effective relationships that generate growth opportunities.
Partner with Sales Engineers and Technical Account Management to achieve customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with partner sales and channel partners to maximize deal sizes.
Participate in sales enablement training and leadership development programs.
The Requirements
7+ years of quota‑carrying experience in a fast‑paced, competitive market, closing net new logos in enterprise and upper‑mid‑market segments.
Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and manage a complex sales process.
Proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets.
Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology.
Skilled in building business champions.
Driven, competitive, and eager to achieve success.
