About The Role This is a dynamic, high energy role in which you will bring the power of next generation-RTLS to the healthcare market. The Regional Sales Director will help hospital administrators reduce overall equipment purchase spend while providing real-time visibility to the movement and usage patterns of mobile medical equipment. The role is remote and reports to the Vice‑President of Sales, Healthcare.
Responsibilities
Own customer engagements end‑to‑end from prospecting to close
Attract new logos that match our ICP and generate net new business at strategic accounts
Demonstrate excellent solution‑based sales discipline in complex sales campaigns
Generate pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting and inbound marketing leads
Perform effective online demos of products and services to prospects
Develop and execute account‑based marketing (ABM) campaigns in collaboration with Marketing
Lead the progression of the customer’s buying process through the sales cycle and quarterback the engagement to a successful outcome
Be a hunter driven to generate demand and close deals consistently
Drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity to achieve pipeline creation goals and meet ARR sales targets
Work creatively with leadership to develop new commercial models and service offerings to meet identified market needs
Ideal Candidate
Demonstrated success selling to the healthcare market, particularly hospitals
Comfortable selling SaaS services and building ROI for solution buyers
Consultative sales skills enabling you to be a “trusted advisor” during digital transformation
Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to understand business problems and identify best solutions
Highly motivated self‑starter with a growth mindset
Comfortable working in a rapid‑pace, ambiguous environment
Ability to work across clinical, supply chain, operations, and administrative departments
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
8+ years of full‑cycle solution sales including 4+ years selling into hospitals and IDNs
Proven track record of consistent quota over‑achievement in complex accounts and $100k+ ARR transactions
Experience handling and owning enterprise deal sizes and senior level relationships
Willingness and comfort with strategic outbound prospecting
Self‑motivated with a sense of urgency and persistence in a dynamic environment
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Deep understanding of hospital operations and buying patterns
Organized with strong time‑management skills
Experience leveraging a CRM system (HubSpot) for sales efficiency
Executive presence for in‑person and video presentations across audiences and levels
Flexibility to travel as required
