Contractor, Medical Publications Manager
Our Waltham based pharmaceutical client is seeking a Medical Publications Manager to join their Medical Affairs team. This role will oversee the development and execution of high-quality scientific publications across the product portfolio, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely delivery in collaboration with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute strategic publication plans.
Coordinate review, approval, and submission of manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and presentations.
Partner with cross‑functional teams and vendors to ensure quality and compliance.
Maintain publications repository and support publication strategy meetings.
Ensure adherence to ICMJE and GPP guidelines.
Qualifications
PharmD or PhD in Health Sciences preferred; Bachelor’s/Advanced degree considered.
1–2 years of pharmaceutical publications or vendor experience.
Strong knowledge of publication guidelines, compliance, and clinical trial processes.
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Oncology experience strongly preferred.
