What This Role Is Responsible For
Drive Chinese sales revenue across all of Crimson Education US by developing and executing annual sales planning, including revenue forecasting, budget management, and resource allocation for the Chinese sales division
Lead and support a team of Mandarin‑speaking sales consultants, upskilling them and ensuring they meet individual sales KPIs. Set KPIs and manage performance reviews
Conduct your own sales consultations and academic assessments in a professional manner that aligns with the Crimson brand
Identify and establish new business partners and associations to drive revenue and promote the brand in the university admissions space in the USA
Set team revenue targets, develop quarterly forecasts, track progress using Salesforce and tracking sheets, own budget management and ROI analysis for the division
Maintain strong client relationships to inform and upsell them on new developments and generate referrals
Build personal brand and network as a leader in education, self‑development, entrepreneurship, etc
Attend or host live Crimson events and virtual events to build brand awareness among the Chinese population in the USA
Hire and train new sales consultants
Work closely with the Chinese marketing and SDR teams to ensure cohesion and growth
Execute any other duties required by Crimson
Additional Key Responsibilities
Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets/KPIs
Conduct regular consultations with leads and design Crimson programs that resolve their specific needs
Collaborate with local area and digital marketing teams to develop/enhance lead generation methods
Engage in outreach activities such as presenting at schools or partnership events (including Crimson seminars)
Develop strong relationships with clients to drive referrals and upsells
Ensure accurate data entry and management within the CRM system
Maintain effective communication with the Accounts team for timely payment of accounts
Troubleshoot and address customer issues or queries
