What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and implement change strategies in transformation projects, ideally in the context of SAP
Design and roll out Digital Adoption Platforms (e.g., SAP EnableNow, WalkMe, Whatfix, Userlane)
Create AI‑driven learning solutions and personalized enablement concepts
Execute stakeholder analyses, communication initiatives, and training programs
Collaborate closely with HR development, IT, and business departments
What is Required (Qualifications)
Several years of experience in Organizational Change Management, ideally within technology‑driven projects
Expertise in the use and implementation of Digital Adoption Tools and learning platforms
Familiarity with change methodologies such as ADKAR or comparable frameworks
Strong communication skills, empathy, and a keen sense for organizations in transition
Excellent command of both German and English
