Base pay range $90,000.00/yr – $100,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities
Support field leaders and frontline employees with HR guidance, employee relations, and policy interpretation.
Oversee talent acquisition support, onboarding/offboarding, and internal mobility processes.
Manage LOA administration, benefits inquiries, and day‑to‑day HR operations.
Lead investigations, resolve complex employee relations matters, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Partner with leaders on performance coaching, workforce planning, and organizational development.
Monitor HR trends and recommend solutions to improve engagement, retention, and culture.
What We’re Looking For
English/Spanish bilingual required.
HRBP experience supporting field, operations, or blue‑collar employees required.
Strong experience handling employee relations, investigations, and compliance.
Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work on‑site in the Scottsdale, AZ office and travel up to 30%.
