About the role The Operations/G&A Recruiter will collaborate with teams across Gatik to find and hire top talent for operations, management, and administration roles. This onsite, 5‑day‑a‑week position at our Mountain View headquarters focuses on sourcing candidates, managing the hiring process, and supporting teams to meet their hiring goals. You’ll build strong pipelines, ensure a smooth candidate experience, and help scale our recruiting processes.
What you will do
Partner with hiring teams across Operations, Commercial, Finance, and Legal to set and execute hiring strategy.
Support and help shape hiring workflows, including job specifications, interview panels, and recruiting plans.
Act as an ambassador for Gatik’s mission, values, and employee value proposition.
Continuously improve recruiting processes to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and quality of hire.
Use creative sourcing strategies to build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
Offer insights and suggest improvements to hiring processes based on data and hands‑on recruiting experience.
Stay up to date on market trends, engage passive talent, promote Gatik’s milestones, and conduct thoughtful candidate interviews.
What we’re looking for
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in fast‑growing, operations‑focused environments.
Experience hiring across multiple locations, including managerial and non‑exempt hourly roles.
Background in startup or high‑growth companies preferred.
Strong ability to close candidates across different career levels.
Experience recruiting for a range of functions and role types.
Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS (or similar tools) is a plus.
Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
Strong sense of ownership, integrity, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
