Lucid Motors is searching for a Sr. Manufacturing Execution Systems Developer for its Casa Grande, AZ facilities. This candidate will be responsible for the development and rollout of manufacturing systems used in production.
You Will:
Lead software development to develop and sustain custom automation modules and solutions hosted in the Ignition platform provided by Inductive Automation. Develop Andon screens, Business KPIs Dashboards, and reports for Manufacturing related functional modules. Manage connectivity with peer systems and third-party systems for Manufacturing enterprise modules. Deliver MES projects (development and testing) through agile processes, including future-oriented remote diagnostics in module development. Create digital blocks and standardization with ISA-95 framework in all manufacturing areas. Develop standard interfaces for integrating enterprise systems, such as web services and XML file exchange. Connect reports to business KPIs and drive high penetration of reports/insights and MES terminals/functions utilization. You Bring:
5+ years in Software Development with a Bachelor’s degree in Technology/Computer Science/Electronics/Instrumentation; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience. Knowledge of SQL Server fundamentals (DDL, DML, DCL, indexing, joins, subqueries, unions, order by / group by). Hands-on experience with Ignition SCADA application by Inductive Automation. Proficiency in Ignition modules such as Alarm, EAM, Device Driver, Tag Historian, DB Management, MQTT, etc. Proficiency in Ignition architecture, licensing schemes, Python scripting, and reporting in Ignition. Experience in large-scale design and development of HMI, MES, and SCADA systems built around the Ignition platform. Equal Opportunity
