Oracle Techno-Functional Analyst (Finance Domain)
Duration Contract
Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Oracle Techno-Functional Analyst specializing in Finance modules to support, maintain, and enhance our Oracle ERP landscape. The ideal candidate must have strong functional expertise in Oracle Finance domains (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM), combined with hands‑on technical capability (SQL, PL/SQL, integrations), and experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) tools for automation, data processing, and application monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/3 support for Oracle Finance modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA
Troubleshoot financial transaction failures, accounting issues, posting/transfer errors, and reconciliation discrepancies
Support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes
Assist business users with journal issues, accruals, reconciliation, and asset depreciation anomalies
Technical Analysis & Enhancements
Develop and optimize PL/SQL packages, reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions
Analyze concurrent program logs, workflow traces, and SQL diagnostics
Maintain BI Publisher, FSG, and OTBI reports
Support integrations between Finance modules and external systems
Work with GCP services such as Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub
Support financial data pipelines between Oracle and GCP
Troubleshoot GCP‑based automation jobs and scheduled tasks
Use GCP monitoring tools for file ingestion and job performance
Process Improvement & Governance
Partner with Finance SMEs to optimize reconciliation, settlement, and reporting processes
Ensure compliance with SOX, audit standards, and internal controls
Create MD50/BRD, MD70/TSD, SOPs, and runbooks
Participate in release management and deployment validation
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Systems, CS, or related field
5+ years Oracle Finance techno‑functional support experience
Strong experience in GL, AP, AR, FA, CM
Strong
SQL, PL/SQL, and workflow debugging skills
Exposure to
GCP tools such as BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub
Experience
supporting ETL processes
and financial data integrations
Strong impact analysis and documentation abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Oracle Cloud Financials experience
GCP certification
Knowledge of Treasury, Tax, or bank integrations
Experience with DevOps pipelines and Git
Familiarity with ITIL processes
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and accounting mindset
Excellent communication with Finance users and SMEs
Ability to handle financial close deadlines
Detail‑oriented and proactive
