Job Description Provide end‑to‑end oversight of project scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, risk and stakeholder communication, while ensuring timely adoption and benefits realization.

Responsibilities

Own complex project delivery: define scope, milestones, critical path, dependencies, and benefits; run governance (stand‑ups, RAID, change control, steering).

Lead execution across analysis, build, test, cut‑over and stabilization using Agile, hybrid or waterfall.

Coordinate adjacent workstreams, manage cross‑project dependencies and aligned release plans.

Deliver modern solutions: cloud migrations, SaaS implementations, API/iPaaS integrations, digital/web upgrades and cloud data platforms.

Proactively manage risk and issue, quantify exposure, drive mitigations, and address data privacy, residency and security risks.

Communicate at executive level: concise status, dashboards and readout for IT leadership and business sponsors.

Ensure operational readiness & adoption: training, support models, SLO/SLI definition, cut‑over plans and post‑go‑live hyper‑care.

Improve delivery practices: promote test automation, DevOps/CI/CD, DataOps/ML‑Ops and insights driven by metrics.

Ensure architecture & security alignment with Governance, Catalogs and access controls.

Enable multi‑member/tenant scale through standard APIs, common data models and reusable platform components.

Fluent in Agile/Scrum/Kanban and hybrid/waterfall; experience with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet or MS Project and portfolio dashboards.

Executive presence and clear communication; ability to drive decisions with senior technical and business leaders.

Vendor/SOW management; familiarity with DevOps/CI/CD, DataOps, security/privacy and regulated environments.
