Senior Client Advisor – Costa Mesa (Richemont – Roger Dubuis)

Location: Costa Mesa, CA. Reports to Boutique Manager, Roger Dubuis.

Mission A Sales Associate at Roger Dubuis is responsible for achieving sales goals while ensuring the best customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

To achieve the boutique monthly and annual sales turnover, in line with Roger Dubuis commercial strategy, sales ceremony and client service excellence.

Cultivate and develop a network and a loyal clientele.

Provide excellent customer service and after‑sales experience to clients.

Deliver bespoke experiences for Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI) clients to keep them engaged with the brand.

Share the Roger Dubuis story, our commitment to quality standards and collections with clients.

Generate new business opportunities through participation in social functions within the community; invite current and prospective clients to in‑boutique events and utilise social media platforms and other support to reach out to clients.

CRM – Enrich the customer database with accuracy, communicate on novelties, events and giftings, campaigns and reporting.

Maintain high standards of boutique presentation and ensure merchandise is properly maintained and secured at all times.

Follow all implemented Maison policies and procedures involving security, consignments, after‑sales services, and valuation requests.

To take part actively in meetings, cycle inventory counts, and all daily operations as required.

To assist fellow Boutique Ambassadors during a sale – i.e. customer service, gift wrapping, conveying pieces from the stock.

To perform all the “back of the house” activity that makes boutique operate smoothly.

To perform any selective entrusted task by the Boutique Manager – i.e. re‑stocking, display, sales accessories follow‑up and maintenance.

To respect, apply and promote compliance and security rules.

Passionate about high watchmaking and UHNWI lifestyle.

Sensitive to the luxury watch industry and competitors.

Comfortable working with an international UHNWI clientele.

Languages: English (Mandarin and Spanish are a plus).

Required Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

Travel required 40%.

Technical Skills / Abilities

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.

Creative, entrepreneurial & proactive.

Personal Skills

Fluent in English.

Other languages a plus (Mandarin Chinese, Spanish).

Salary Expected salary range: $28–$31 hourly. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
