Responsibilities of an Associate
Analyze client organizations’ current capabilities, evaluate opportunities for improvement, and partner with clients to develop and implement roadmaps that achieve their desired future state vision.
Apply the firm’s analytical frameworks and methodologies (STAR, World Class IT, Digital Maturity Assessment, and others) on various client assignments, working closely with senior consultants to unpack complex situations and develop actionable recommendations.
Conduct idea generation, formulate hypotheses, perform primary and secondary research, collect and synthesize data, analyze company and industry trends, build models, develop client presentations and reports, and communicate recommendations to clients.
Qualifications and Expectations
2‑6 years of post‑undergraduate experience in a professional services strategy and management consulting environment.
Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, technology, or related fields.
Graduate school experience is not required but considered a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and synthesize large amounts of data.
Business and technology acumen, with concrete examples of helping companies solve complex problems.
Mastery of spreadsheet and presentation applications (MS‑PowerPoint, MS‑Excel).
Additional capabilities with data analysis tools such as Tableau, visualization tools such as MS‑Visio, and other productivity tools are a plus.
Entrepreneurial spirit, outcome‑oriented approach, and bias for action.
Energetic “roll‑up‑your‑sleeves” mentality.
High intellectual curiosity for professional and personal development.

The standard base pay range for this role is $75,000 – $135,000, annually, with eligibility for bonus compensation. Additional benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance; parental leave, family benefits; retirement contributions; paid time off; and more. Compensation and benefits are competitive and will be commensurate with each candidate’s qualifications and relevant work experience. Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is preferred.
