Tech Transactions Associate (Class of 2020–2021)
to join its team in
Palo Alto or San Francisco .
This respected group advises leading technology companies, emerging growth clients, global corporates, and private equity sponsors on the technology and IP dimensions of complex transactions. The work spans
high-value M&A, private equity deals, strategic licensing, cloud and software arrangements, data and AI matters, digital infrastructure, and life sciences collaborations .
You will work directly with partners who are deeply involved in every deal, gaining substantive responsibility and meaningful exposure to innovation-driven transactions from day one. The firm offers a cohesive corporate platform and strong long-term development for associates focused on building a career in tech-facing transactional work.
Key Requirements
JD from an ABA-accredited law school, with strong academic performance
Class of 2020–2021
Experience in technology transactions, IP licensing, commercial agreements, or the tech/IP components of corporate deals
Strong drafting and negotiation skills
Prior experience at an elite law firm or within a Chambers-ranked Technology & IP Transactions practice preferred
