MEP Construction Lead | South Atlantic US
An established Electrical Contractor in the DMV market is seeking an experienced Safety Director to lead and elevate its safety culture across multiple projects and field teams.
What You’ll Do
Develop, implement, and manage company‑wide safety programs
Conduct site audits, inspections, and incident investigations
Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, and company safety standards
Train field personnel, supervisors, and project teams on safety procedures
Lead continuous improvement initiatives for workforce protection
Partner with operations leadership to drive a proactive safety culture
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of safety leadership experience in Electrical or MEP Construction
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and electrical safety best practices
Experience managing safety across multiple job sites
Excellent communication and coaching abilities
