About Teambridge More than 60% of workers in the US (and 70% of workers in the world) are paid hourly, and the businesses that employ them each have their own unique processes and workflows when it comes to managing their workforce. Unfortunately, the workforce management tools that have historically been available to them are some combination of rigid, outdated, or not built for an on-the-go workforce. Teambridge is the composable, AI-native workforce management platform. Teambridge is powered by modular, no-code blocks that can be combined to automate any task or process that comes with managing a large workforce, such as hiring and onboarding, or time tracking and scheduling. And because today's workers are on-the-go, Teambridge is mobile‑first, giving staff a consumer‑grade mobile app that drives engagement and significantly improves staff retention. With a $28M Series B raised in 2024, Teambridge is funded by General Catalyst, Mayfield and industry‑leading angel investors as we build flexible, efficient, and intuitive solutions for complex workforce challenges. Based in San Francisco, Teambridge is committed to redefining the industries we partner with.

About the Candidate We are looking for a Sales Engineer that is a technical and process expert who partners closely with Account Executives to guide prospects from initial curiosity to confident commitment. You dive deep into customer workflows, ask smart questions, handle objections thoughtfully, and assess feasibility with sound judgment. Using this insight, you will translate complex processes into clear solutions, deliver tailored demos, and scope accurate SOWs, all while maintaining credibility with stakeholders from frontline teams to executives. You will collaborate closely across Sales, Product, and Implementation to ensure smooth handoffs, alignment, and continuous improvement in how customers experience the Teambridge platform.

Responsibilities

Partner in Discovery: Join early customer conversations to understand business goals, workflows, and technical environments. Lead deeper discovery during reverse demos and scoping sessions to uncover true needs and solution opportunities.

Translate Process to Product: Map customer workflows to Teambridge capabilities, identifying where configuration, customization, or integrations will drive the most value.

Build and Deliver Demos: Design and deliver customized demos that reflect each customer’s world — demonstrating not just functionality, but relevance and fit.

SOW Scoping and Definition: Collaborate with Sales and Implementation to develop clear, achievable SOWs that accurately capture customer requirements, timeline assumptions, and product feasibility.

On‑site Engagements: Participate in customer on‑sites to strengthen relationships, conduct live discovery, and demonstrate Teambridge expertise and presence.

Handoff and Documentation: Translate customer needs into detailed technical and process documentation to ensure seamless transition to Implementation and Customer Success.

Product Partnership: Provide structured feedback from field learnings to the Product team — highlighting trends, gaps, and opportunities for platform improvement.

Technical Advocacy: Stay sharp on Teambridge’s comprehensive solution capabilities, integration pathways (APIs, HRIS, payroll, ATS, etc.), and industry trends to maintain credibility and insight in every interaction.
