Chief of Staff (CEO & C‑Suite) Austin, TX | Hybrid (3–4 days in office)

Chief of Staff
to partner directly with the CEO and executive team. This role sits at the center of company operations—driving alignment, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring the organization moves quickly and effectively.

What You’ll Do Enable the CEO & C‑Suite
Own and optimize the CEO’s calendar, priorities, and operating rhythm
Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and follow-through for key meetings
Join select meetings to capture decisions and drive next steps
Draft executive communications and support cross‑functional coordination
Lead Strategic & Cross‑Functional Projects
Break down complex problems into actionable workstreams
Support strategic analyses, partnership exploration, and internal process design
Build clear, executive‑ready materials (slides, summaries, simple models)
Run the Company’s Operating Cadence
Support leadership meetings, all‑hands, planning cycles, and off‑sites
Maintain documentation, decision logs, and dashboards
Track progress on company priorities and ensure alignment across teams
Support People, Hiring & Culture
Coordinate candidate pipelines, interviews, and onsite logistics
Help design and run new‑hire onboarding and culture‑building initiatives
Manage Office & General Operations
Oversee day‑to‑day office operations in Austin
Manage vendors, tools, and systems; organize events and off‑sites
Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Looking For
3‑7 years in consulting, banking, operations, or a high‑performance startup
Exceptional organization, communication, and analytical skills
Comfortable shifting between high‑level strategic thinking and hands‑on execution
Tech‑savvy and eager to leverage tools and AI for efficiency
Calm under pressure, proactive, and highly adaptable
Excited to build in an early‑stage environment with evolving structure
