We are seeking a strategic thinker with hands‑on leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of threat monitoring, incident response, and intelligence integration to lead our Global Security Operations Center (GSOC). The role also includes designing, overseeing installation and managing security systems across all ACE facilities, preparing intelligence briefings, monitoring operations for threats, and managing analysts and operators.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Performs physical security assessments of ACE facilities and determines appropriate security measures based on risk to protect employees, members and guests.

Leads the development and integration of strategic intelligence products tailored for executive leadership.

Designs, oversees the installation and manages security systems (access control, VMS, fire and intrusion) in all ACE facilities.

Manages capital security improvement projects.

Manages intelligence analysts and operators (dispatchers) in the 24/7 GSOC.

Oversees the creation of intelligence outputs that support executive protection, travel risk management, and crisis response planning.

Ensures intelligence products are aligned with business priorities and communicated effectively to senior stakeholders using clear, actionable storytelling techniques.

Designs, develops and implements GSOC Operator training and development programs.

Creates/revises GSOC procedural manuals.

Implements intelligence lifecycle best practices, including collection planning, source validation, structured analytic techniques, and post‑incident intelligence reviews.

Oversees the development of incident response workflows and business rules contained in ACE’s Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) solution.

Manages all security and life/safety systems used on a daily basis (PSIM, Access control, VMS, intrusion, fire, fire/life safety inspections, etc.).

Establishes metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and business impact of intelligence operations and continuously improves intelligence workflows based on feedback and evolving threats.

Responds to various global incident alerts/threats, quickly assesses conditions and situations based on system information; makes notification decisions based on ACE incident response workflows, activates and coordinates emergency response procedures, and maintains situational information and status of incident response actions.

Oversees the collection, analysis and preparation of various intelligence briefings, including but not limited to, daily briefs, travel briefs, white papers on emerging threats, etc.

Identifies and implements methods for tracking threats/risks to ACE operations.

The starting pay range for this position is $67,600.00 – $90,000.00. Additionally, for full‑time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
