As a Product Owner, you will support market products that drive consumer and client affordability. Your scope includes program drug list management, analysis to identify value levers, and assisting rollout of strategic projects. You will interface with clients, client management, sales, and functional partners to present product concepts and act as a subject matter expert.

You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S.

Primary Responsibilities

Develop and execute product strategies that align with Product & Strategy goals and market needs.

Understand market and consumer needs, as well as the competitive landscape.

Collect and analyze performance data (market, financial, operational) to enhance products and identify new opportunities.

Support definition and execution of product roadmaps and drive near-and-long term strategies that increase product value.

Identify and resolve technical, operational, and organizational problems outside own team.

Serve as a subject matter expert to internal & external stakeholders on specific marketplace and product topics.

Support sales and account management for key client activities.

Collaborate with internal leaders and external partners to adapt product strategy, priorities, and business plans.

Develop a point of view and advocate for product at all levels of the organization, including executive leadership.

Review product performance against expectations and influence changes to improve competitive position.

Required Qualifications

2+ years of “Non-Technical” product management experience in healthcare.

Experience achieving goals in a matrix environment and collaborating cross‑functionally.

Experience delivering formal presentations and influencing at all levels, including executive presentations.

Experience conducting market research to evolve product performance & strategic alignment.

Experience identifying & remediating operational issues related to consumer and client problems.

Intermediate Excel experience including data analysis, summarization, visualization and manipulation (V‑Lookup).

Preferred Qualifications

Product management experience with a PBM, Pharmacy or Pharma.

Experience in RxClaim to troubleshoot issues & extract data.

Knowledge of specialty or non‑specialty medications in the pharmacy/PBM ecosystem.

Experience creating and/or updating product marketing collateral.

Compensation & Benefits The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full‑time employment. In addition to your salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401(k) contribution.
