Role Description
JEMCO Components and Fabrication is seeking an experienced 5-Axis Programmer to join our team in a full-time, on-site role located in Kirkland, WA. The Programmer will collaborate with the production team to create and optimize CNC programs for 5-axis machining. Tasks include reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings, selecting appropriate tools and machinery, troubleshooting programming issues, and ensuring the production of high-precision parts that meet quality standards. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential in this role. Qualifications
Proficiency in Mastercam or NX software and experience in 5-axis CNC programming Strong understanding of blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings Knowledge of tool selection, machining processes, and material behavior Experience with troubleshooting and optimizing CNC programming for precision machining Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in aerospace, medical, or related industries is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications or relevant education preferred Seniority Level
