Position:
Physical Therapist - Outpatient Treating Center Manager
Location:
NovaCare, Whitemarsh (Nottingham), Maryland
Specialties:
Orthopedics, Neurology, Vestibular, Concussion, Sports Medicine, Amputees, Oncology (ReVital), and Dry Needling
Schedule:
Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Compensation:
Starting at $85,000
Incentives:
Up to $10,000 sign‑on bonus and/or indefinite loan assistance

Our NovaCare Nottingham team is currently seeking a licensed physical therapist with outpatient orthopedic experience who is prepared to take on a leadership role. For those interested in leadership who lack prior experience, we offer a structured development program designed specifically for your professional growth.
This opportunity involves leading a team of outpatient orthopedic physical therapists while providing high-quality rehabilitative and preventative care. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, mentoring staff, and ensuring that each patient receives personalized, evidence-based treatment that promotes optimal function and overall well‑being.
Responsibilities
Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions
Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Help grow and manage our center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios
Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs)
Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community
Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start
CPR Certification
