This entry‑level sales position is responsible for supporting, managing, and developing new and existing accounts for RTS Financial. The goal is to understand sales fundamentals and account management while developing skills to progress to a Business Development Associate. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the sales team to retain existing business and secure new opportunities. Present and explain financial products and their value to prospects. Negotiate spreads and maximize profitability on all deals. Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships and effective communication. Analyze client accounts to identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities. Ensure timely delivery of client requests and solutions. Communicate the status of all client relationships clearly and promptly. Provide assistance with high‑severity requests or escalations as needed. Follow process guidelines to maximize performance and achieve management strategies. Participate in strategic planning, including market potential assessment, competitive pricing, and customer segmentation. Support product marketing initiatives such as launch management, presentations and competitive analysis. Continuously refine processes to stay ahead of customers in relevant industries. Track metrics for all programs and activities. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of customer service/account management experience. Passion for learning and a relationship‑driven approach. Desire to work in a competitive sales and team environment. Excellent computer skills (Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite). Highly organized with the ability to multi‑task. Self‑motivated and self‑sufficient, yet confident in seeking guidance. Strong critical‑thinking, negotiation and attention‑to‑detail skills. Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal. Spanish or other bilingual skills are a plus. Application
