Role Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications across both front-end and back-end. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in microservices, cloud deployment, and CI/CD automation, along with a passion for delivering reliable and secure software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust Java-based applications across front-end and back-end systems.
Build scalable microservices and RESTful APIs using modern Java frameworks (Spring Boot preferred).
Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on Kubernetes or cloud environments such as AWS.
Implement DevOps automation pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Docker, Git, and related technologies.
Ensure code quality through CI/CD best practices, testing, and automation.
Troubleshoot production issues and participate in on-call support rotations when required.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirements gathering, design, and solutioning.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security in accordance with industry standards.
Document technical designs, architecture, and solutions while participating in peer code reviews.
Stay current with emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong expertise in Java (Java 8+), Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
Experience with Kubernetes, AWS, Docker, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
Solid understanding of REST APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native development.
Familiarity with monitoring tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana) is a plus.
Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems.
Hands-on experience with Terraform, Helm, or other IaC tools.
