Enrollment Specialist/ Admin Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Enrollment Specialist to join our daycare team. This role is responsible for guiding families through the enrollment process, managing applications and documentation, and ensuring a smooth transition for new children entering our programs. The Enrollment Specialist will serve as the first point of contact for prospective families, providing information about our services, conducting tours, and maintaining accurate records. Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a welcoming demeanor are essential to help families feel confident and supported in choosing our center.
Role Responsibilities
Nurtures leads through scheduling and conducting tours; follows up with potential families to secure enrollment.
Leads tours, highlighting key features of our brand and the center and maintains strong connections with potential customers
Forecasts future enrollment based on annual graduation
Has a strong understanding of the childcare offerings within the community
Maintains the lead tracking portal and customer database
Coordinates the registration process and maintains customer and employee information in center systems
Responsible for communications to families (i.e. newsletters)
Skills & Qualifications
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Knowledge of early childhood education and childcare regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage administrative tasks.
Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, child development, or related field (often preferred).
Qualifications
3+ years’ experience in retail/store management - cross-industry experience is welcome
Demonstrated leadership ability with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales setting
Ability to leverage data to understand the business and make decisions
Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, child development, or related field (often preferred).
