Slalom is seeking an experienced Enterprise AI Developer to serve as a technical lead on enterprise‑scale AI transformation programs for organizations navigating digital modernization. The role involves multi‑year engagements, cross‑functional coordination, and strategic vision, requiring excellent communication skills.

What You’ll Do
Act as a technical consultant on AI‑focused Salesforce engagements.
Serve as an individual contributor on active client engagements.
Enable developers in other practices to implement Agentforce.
Explain complex engineering involved in building Generative AI applications to partners and clients.
Work throughout all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle, from requirements gathering to documentation.
Collaborate with other Slalom teams to create proofs‑of‑concept or points‑of‑view that expand AI usage across domains (AWS, NVIDIA, Google, etc.).
Solve complex problems collaboratively within client engagements.
Review code from other Salesforce developers.
Design and implement complex system integrations.
Support developers in building systems that use Generative AI.
Plan and execute deployments with thorough documentation.
What You’ll Bring
Ability to act as an individual contributor across clouds with a focus on Agentforce.
Deep Salesforce development experience across clouds.
Ability to explain complex topics from the ground up to people with little prior exposure.
Knowledge of when to configure vs. when to code.
Desire to solve difficult problems and deliver enterprise‑grade solutions.
Proficient writing of Apex, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
Some exposure to Generative AI technologies.
Proficient Prompt Engineering capabilities.
Certifications such as AI Associate, AI Specialist, Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Developer I, Salesforce JavaScript Developer I are encouraged.
Skills in Prompt Builder, Einstein Copilot, Einstein Model Studio, Agentforce, RAG, Data Cloud Retrievers.
Nice to have: experience with AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex, Azure Open AI, NVIDIA NIM, Data 360 Retrievers, Search Indexes.

Compensation & Benefits Base salary ranges: Consultant $96,000‑$177,000; Senior Consultant $110,000‑$203,000. Additional compensation may include an annual discretionary bonus. Benefits include paid holidays, parental leave, 401(k) with match, highly subsidized health, dental, & vision coverage, adoption and fertility assistance, short/long‑term disability, a yearly $350 wellness reimbursement account, and discounted insurance products.
