Security Officer - Multi Site
GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Response Security Officer. As a Security Officer – Response, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it’s customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.

Applicants must be fully flexible and available to work any day of the week and any shift (day/swing, swing/grave or overnight) as scheduling needs may vary. Guaranteed or set schedules will not be offered for this position.
Competitive hourly wage of $19/hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities
Monitor premises to ensure security.
Conduct patrols to spot suspicious activity.
Control access points and verify identities.
Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security.
Write detailed reports on events and incidents.
Collaborate with authorities during serious situations.
Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
Qualifications
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED.
One year+ of security experience required.
Valid CA driver’s license.
21 years old and able to pass an extensive Motor Vehicle Check.
Pass an extensive screening process.
Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
Responsive and strong problem‑solving skills.
Security, military, law enforcement experience – even better.
State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32‑hr. BSIS security training (additional training can be obtained during the hiring process).
Flexible availability: willing to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, and any shift (day, swing, or overnight). Flexibility is essential to support changing client needs.
