Role Summary Integra is a vertically integrated provider of turnkey data center solutions, managing the full lifecycle from site selection and design through manufacturing, commissioning, and warranty. We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to help scale and optimize our Salesforce ecosystem to support rapid growth, tight operational timelines, and high‑touch customer delivery. You’ll lead complex builds across Sales/Service/Experience Clouds, drive enterprise integrations with our ERP, file repository, and mentor team members, ensuring our CRM platform enables best‑in‑class sales execution, project delivery visibility, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end Salesforce development for high‑impact Integra initiatives: requirements → architecture → build → testing → deployment → support.
Partner with stakeholders in Sales, Project Delivery, Operations, Finance, and Customer Success to translate data‑center lifecycle needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Drive platform governance and standards so solutions are consistent, reusable, and aligned to Integra’s long‑term roadmap.
Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, async jobs (batch/queueable/scheduled).
Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) for modern UI/UX.
Deliver automation using Flow and declarative tools, choosing code only when needed.
Write thorough unit and integration tests; ensure high quality, stability, and performance.
Design/implement integrations between Salesforce and Integra enterprise systems (ERP, project/asset management, CPQ/pricing tools, data warehouses, partner portals, etc.).
Use REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, Platform Events, and CDC to support real‑time, reliable data movement.
Support complex data migrations and improve data quality tied to project delivery and customer lifecycle metrics.
Own CI/CD with SFDX, Salesforce CLI, Git, scratch orgs, and automated deployments.
Enforce branching, code review, and release discipline across environments.
Proactively manage technical debt and refactor for performance and maintainability.
Mentor developers/admins; lead code reviews and design sessions.
Provide architectural guidance and clear estimates for delivery planning.
Stay current with Salesforce seasonal releases and evaluate new capabilities (including Einstein/AI features) for Integra use cases.
Required Qualifications
5+ years Salesforce development experience in enterprise or multi‑org environments.
Expert in Apex (including async and integration patterns).
Expert in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and modern JavaScript/HTML/CSS.
Strong Salesforce data modeling and security/sharing architecture skills.
SOQL/SOSL optimization and governor‑limit‑aware coding.
Strong integration and API experience (REST/SOAP, middleware, event‑driven patterns).
Hands‑on with DevOps / CI-CD tools and Salesforce DX workflow.
Proven ability to deliver scalable solutions for fast‑moving, cross‑functional programs.
Certifications — Required
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I
Plus One Of The Following (required)
Salesforce Certified Administrator
Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have
