What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Gather and document requirements for operational analytics projects related to healthcare claims
Analyze healthcare claims data and validate data integrity using SQL and Snowflake
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions for Grievances and Appeals
Conduct Root Cause Analysis to identify and resolve data issues
Develop and maintain documentation of processes and data mappings
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
Strong experience with healthcare claims data and domain knowledge, preferably at a payor
Proficiency in SQL and data analysis techniques
Experience with data mapping, profiling, and documentation in an Agile environment
Familiarity with Grievance and Appeal data processes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with the Snowflake data platform
Strong problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills
Background in operational analytics and data validation
