Overview Publicis Re:Sources is looking for a ServiceNow Developer with minimum 7 years experience.
Skills ITSM, CSM, CMDB, IT Asset Management, Integrations, Portals, JavaScript.
Responsibilities
Proven experience implementing ITSM tools; demonstrated experience with Incident Management, Service Request Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Configuration Management and other ITIL process areas.
Practical experience in the creation or modification of the relevant ITSM toolset components.
Writing scripts, business rules, UI and data policies, REST/SOAP integrations, scoped App, reports, script includes, Knowledge management, loading of data through Import Sets, knowledge of Data sources and transform map.
The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for developing, designing and owning technical solutions on the ServiceNow ITSM / CSM module. The ServiceNow Developer will provide administration, application development, maintenance, and technical support.
Communication & Documentation.
Proficiency in scripting, including JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Angular and REST API integration experience.
Qualifications
IT Degree or relevant tertiary education in Computer Science.
ServiceNow CSM + ITSM + 1 other product like ITAM, ITOM etc.
